Artist Studio Addition

For this project we are designing a small addition to a Washington DC artist's studio. The existing carriage house will have a new front facade, angled to face a courtyard garden. The design will enable the studio to be used flexibly for both art production and gallery showing. The design increases the studio's wall space. The artist uses the walls to develop her her art. This project is currently in the Design Development phase. More images coming soon!
